Osteopaths have been operating safely throughout the pandemic by following the advice of the UK Health Security Agency (formerly Public Health England) and the World Health Organisation. 

This advice means that Mandy is:

• Offering online or telephone consultations to those who prefer not to visit the clinic
• Reducing the number of in-person appointments to allow thorough cleaning of the clinic between consultations
• Ventilating the clinic, waiting area and patient restroom
• Wearing PPE (a face-mask, apron and gloves) when face-to-face with patients
• Asking patients to wear a face-mask and to sanitise their hands on arrival
• Asking patients to complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire - prior to visiting the clinic
